BONAFiDEE’s innovative digital engagement platform shortlisted for two awards at the Credit Awards 2021

BONAFiDEE’s innovative digital engagement platform shortlisted for two awards at the Credit Awards -

BONAFiDEE Ltd. has been shortlisted in two categories of the Credit Awards 2021, Best Technology Provider and Best Use of Technology in the Fraud & anti-money laundering subcategory. Dubbed as ‘the Oscars of the industry’, the Credit Awards shine a spotlight on innovation, best practice and achievement in the financial services sector.

“The award entries that led to our shortlisting showcase how financial service providers and their customers can benefit from working digitally, interacting online in a safe, compliant and evidencable way,” highlights BONAFiDEE Founder, Francis Lang. “The brands shortlisted alongside us include many of the financial sector’s leading mature technology providers. These nominations are recognition by our industry peers that BONAFiDEE’s unique technology is transforming customer on-boarding and the account approval processes.”

The case studies that earned BONAFiDEE a place on the Best Technology Provider and Best Use of Technology shortlists told the stories of how Evolution Funding and Marsh Finance digitally transformed their processes. Lang explains: “Evolution Funding, one of the UK’s leading motor finance and technology provider, chose BONAFiDEE as a key software partner to deploy e-signature in an intermediated customer journey.

“As a result, it is now possible for Evolution Funding’s client dealerships to complete a sale, from proposal to handing over the vehicle keys, in as little as 20 minutes. Less time spent on handling paperwork or re-working errors means Evolution can focus on processing applications, leading to operational efficiencies and productivity gains.”

According to Lang, when embarking on its digital transformation, Marsh Finance’s objective was an enhanced customer experience and the results show impressive progress: “E-sign penetration has now increased from 30% to 85% meaning less customer abandonment, improved customer relations and an increase in productivity.”

Lang concludes: “Our clients’ successes alongside the Credit Awards shortlisting further demonstrates that our innovative technology is transforming organisations and their operations. The combination of enhanced compliance, including know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) measures, and superior customer experience demonstrate what can be achieved when best-of-breed technology is applied effectively.”

The award ceremony will take place on 14 December 2021 at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
